Ingredients

    2 lb Beef (round steak, flank steak, etc - thinly sliced - carne asada style)
    2 cups beef broth
    1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1 T minced garlic
    1 T sesame oil
    2 T corn starch
    2 cups diced brocolli (or 1 bag frozen florets)

Directions

Label a gallon freezer bag: Crock pot Broccoli beef, low 6-8 hours, add 2 T cornstarch and broccoli, cook 1/2 hour longer. In that bag place the brocolli. In another gallon freezer bag place the sliced beef, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and sesame oil. Mix around so beef is well coated. Seal and place in bag with broccoli. Freeze.

On cooking day, place beef in crockpot and cook. a half hour before you want to eat, remove about a quarter cup of the sauce from the crockpot and mix with cornstarch. Pour back into crockpot and add broccoli. Stir. Cook for a half an hour.

Meanwhile, make rice (not included in nutrition) to serve with it.
