Ingredients

    1/2 cup (140g) Bob's Red Mill Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Whole Grain Mix
    1 egg
    1 T oil
    6T skim milk

Tips

Waffles freeze well. Toast frozen waffles on 3 or 4 frozen.


Directions

Stir all ingredients until just blended. Pour 6T into waffle iron set to 3.5.

Serving Size: makes 2.5 round waffles.
