Ingredients

3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder ( or chocolate for a chocolate peanut butter combo)
3 egg whites
2-3 tbsp. peanut butter
¼ cup milk
Directions
Combine everything in the blender or food processor and blend well.
Grease a nonstick pan with spray or coconut oil.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on the first side and 30 seconds to 1 minute on the remaining side until golden brown.
Serving Size: 2 servings - of 6-8 mini cakes
