Ingredients



    Onions, raw, .5 a large chopped
    Garlic, 4 clove minced
    Hot Italian Sausage-Johnsonville 1 link 3oz, 16 oz
    *Aldi's Dakota Great Northern Beans 1/2 cup, 3.5 serving
    *Oil - Canola harvest - canola oil, 1 tbsp
    *Escarole (fresh), 7 cup washed and chopped
    Water black pepper, garlic powder onion powder to taste.

Directions

In 3qt sauce pan fry sausage in 1Tbsp oil until almost cooked. Slice into circles and put back in pan. Add onions. Continue to cook until onions are soft. Add garlic and cook 2mins. Add beans liquid and all. Add 3 cans of water. Bring to a slow boil. Add escarole, stir and bring back to a slow boil. Lower and let simmer until escarole is cooked. Approx 15mins.
