Ingredients

    toss pasta w/ melted butter. Add eggs salt and pepper. Cook sausage and onion until meat is brown, drain off fat, stir in tomatoes.
    In oven going skillet, heat olive oil, add 1/2 pasta mixture, top w/ cheese, spread w/ sausage mixture. cover w/ remaining pasta. cook over low heat. As eggs set, run spatula around edge of skillet, carefully lifting mixture to allow uncooked portion to flow. Continue cooking and lifting edges til almost set. Broil 5 inches from heat for 1-2 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. season to taste. Makes 12 main dish servings.
