    1/2 c blueberries, frozen or fresh, unsweetened
    1/2 c Pacific All Natural Hazelnut Beverage
    2 T Nancy's nonfat Plain Yogurt
    1/2 T peanut butter, all natural
    1 medium banana
    1 scoop Bioplex Whey Protein Isolate
    2 T Bob's Red Mill ground flaxseed
    bee pollen
    6 ice cubes


No cooking. You just need a blender.
Mix everything until well blended. Add ice cubes and turn to Frappe to whip up.
Makes 2 8oz servings.
