Ingredients

    1 lb boneless beef chuck roast
    1 c beef broth
    1/2 c soy sauce
    1/3 c brown sugar
    1 tbs sesame oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbs cornstarch
    4 tbs sauce (from crockpot after cooking)
    2 c frozen broccoli florets

Tips

It actually takes 6.5 hours, but it wouldn't let me put it into hours.


Directions

Combine broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic In crockpot. Slice beef thin and place in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hrs. When done take out cooking liquid and combine with cornstarch. Put back in crockpot along with broccoli. Cook 30 minutes more.
