Introduction
Preliminary granola bar recipe. I am working to create something much lower in sugar. Half the amount of honey could be substituted with a nut butter of your choice and/or and extra banana. Ingredients

2 cups Puffed Wheat Cereal
2tsp Baking Powder
2-3 Ripe Bananas
1- 8 oz bag of trail mix
2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Honey
2 cups Oats(I used steel cut but quick oats would be better)
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl
Blend wet ingredients(oil, extract,banana, honey) in VitaMix or whatever blender you have handy.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until everything is covered and pour in a sheet cake pan. Make sure the pan is greased with coconut oil or oil of choice. Press ingredients evenly in pan and bake for 25ish minutes at 350F.
Serving Size: Makes 12 large bars
