    Add cubed melons. About 1/2 cup of each:
    Water melon
    Cantalope
    Honey Dew
    Approx. 2 Tsps of ground Ginger (great for tummy and anti-inflammatory.


Tips

Over ripe banana is best (according to Dr. Oz).


Directions

Blend all together and drink!
