Introduction
A yummy vegan spin off of banana bread! A yummy vegan spin off of banana bread!Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients

3-4 Ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup Applesauce
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Box of Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake
1-2 Apples
2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Peel and dice apple(s) into 1 cm cubes. Toss into saucepan with the cinnamon (you can add a little sugar if you'd like to).
3. While the apples caramelize, mash the bananas in a mixing bowl. Once mashed, add in the applesauce and vanilla. Mix these ingredients together and add in the cake mix. Mix completely until there are not dry clumps.
4. Continuously mix apples as necessary. Once they reach your desired softness, add them into the cake mix.
5. Spray two 8" loaf pans, or any pan you wish to use, and pour in the batter.
6. Bake the bread for around 40-45 min. Use a wooden skewer or toothpick to check the loaves. They shouldn't come out clean. They will have some doughy pieces on them, that is okay as long as it does not have the consistency of the original cake mix.
7. Allow to cool and enjoy!!
