Number of Servings: 6


    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbs butter-like spread
    1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 tbs garlic powder
    1/2 cup 2% milk


pre-heat oven to 375. mix all ingredients together. spray a 6 muffin tin with a nonstick spray. drop equal portions into the tin. bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

  • I loved these! I changed it up a little because I had no muffin tray to cook in, so I just used a cookie sheet, and I broiled them a little afterwards to give them a little color :) but overall, they were delicious! - 7/13/11
