Introduction

Great spaghetti that is easy on the dieter... Great spaghetti that is easy on the dieter...
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey, 99% Fat Free
    1 lb Organic Diced Tomatoes
    1 can organic Tomato Paste
    1 can Organic Tomato Sauce
    2 (7 oz) cans mushrooms
    1 Box Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbs worcestershire sauce
    5 drops tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp of basil and oregano
    2 tbsp dehydrated parsley

Directions

Use a large skillet that will hold all the ingredients!

Lightly brown turkey with onion and garlic. Add all other ingredients (except pasta) and simmer for 10 minutes.

Combine in baking dish (I use a dutch oven), cover, and bake 30-40 minutes at 350.
