Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 cup oil
    1 cup yogurt
    3 cup flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
    100g finely sliced green olives

Directions

mix wet ingredients in a bowl
mix dry ingredients in a different bowl
stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients
add olives and spring onions
bake in a greased baking form 170 °C till ready (approx. 30 to 40 min.)
