Ingredients

Oranges - 2 whole (peeled and pulled apart and diced)
Orange Juice, 1 fl oz
Pineapple, fresh, 3 cup, (diced)
Pineapple Juice, 1 fl oz
Kiwi Fruit, 1 cup (diced)
Ginger Root, minced, 2 tbsp
Cilantro, minced, 2 tbsp
Stonyfield Organic Greek Fatfree Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk - 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
Salt, 1 dash
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Dice up all fruit and add to a bowl
In seperate small bowl add juices from a fresh orange, pineapple, lemon, and lime. About 1 oz of each.
Stir in ricotta and yogurt till smooth
Add cilantro and ginger, stir till smooth
salt and pepper to taste.
(keep in mind the sauce will be on the bitter side, it will balance out when added to the sweet fruit)
Stir sauce into fruit until all fruit is coated.
Chill - I keep fruit in mason jars in the fridge.
Enjoy cold.
