    leftover baked chicken about 12 oz
    green seedless grapes 10
    100 calorie pack walnut almond mix
    1/2 small box of raisins
    1 stalk of celery
    hellmans lowfat mayo 1/2 cup

Directions

chop chicken into small pieces, chop grapes and celery. can also chop nuts into smaller pieces. mix all ingredients chill and serve.
