Ingredients

    8 Cups Gluten Free Oatmeal
    3/4 C Almonds, slivered (unsalted)
    3/4 C chopped walnuts
    3/4 C Pine Nuts
    1 C Dried Cranberries (or raisins)
    1 C Coconut Oil
    1/4 C Pure Maple Syrup
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon
    2 Tsp Nutmeg
    1 Tsp Sea Salt

Tips

Bake until nice and Brown, I use a spatula to turn mixture over half-way through the cooking time.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients
In Saucepan cook oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and Salt on low until well blended....approximately 7 mins
