Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2T flax (ground)
    1t cinnamon
    1t vanilla
    1t baking powder
    Optional:
    splash of water/milk
    stevia to taste

Tips

The original rec. was for 3 eggs & 3T flax but that was a bit to much for me (Idon't say that often). But 3&3 might be perfect for a man breakfast.


Directions

Mix all well, make sure you spray the pan and cook.
Batter tends to be a little thin so i just do one big pancake.
