Ingredients

    4 Carrots, Peeled and Roughly Chopped
    1/4 cup Fresh Ginger, Peeled and Roughly Chopped
    1 Rib of Celery, Roughly Chopped
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil (not Virgin)
    2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
    2 Tbsp Honey
    3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce
    3 Tbsp Red Miso Paste
    2 Tbsp Water
    1/4 tsp Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp Salt


Tips

Makes a dozen servings. We use 2 oz plastic cups with lids to pre-portion it.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
