Ingredients

    1 pound Beef (petite sirloin is a good, less expensive option
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1 Tbsp. Catsup
    4-5 fresh mushrooms. sliced
    4 oz lite cream cheese (Neufatchel)

Directions

Cut beef into bit-sized pieces.
Combine beef and chopped onion in crockpot.
Combine Soup, water, worcestershire sauce and catsup. Pour over meat. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Cut cream cheese into small pieces and stir into meat sauce along with sour cream. Heat and stir until blended. Serve over rice or noodles.
