    2 avocados
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can Vigo Artichoke hearts
    1 tsp onion powder (or fresh onion)
    1 tsp black pepper
    salt to taste

Tips

Great with fresh carrots or celery as a dip


Directions

Chop it all up and mix it together.
Do a fine dice on the garlic.
Season to taste.
