Good for you smoothie. Good for you smoothie.

Ingredients

    2 frozen banana sliced
    1 yoplait or greek yogurt 8 oz
    1/2 cup soy milk, almond milk or 2% milk
    1 spoonful of peanut butter
    1 squeeze honey
    1 Cup ice.

Directions

Throw in blender and blend until smooth.
