Ingredients

    8 oz. fettuccine, uncooked
    1-1/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
    4 tsp. flour
    1/3 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
    3 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 cup tomatoes, chopped
    8 oz Chicken Breast cooked and sliced






Directions

COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, combine broth and flour in medium saucepan. Stir in cream cheese spread, 2 Tbsp. of the Parmesan cheese, the nutmeg and pepper; cook 2 min., stirring constantly with wire whisk until mixture boils and thickens.

DRAIN pasta. Toss with sauce and chicken. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, tomatoes and parsley.

    Added this one up on the recipe calculator. It came to 335 calories per serving. I am sure it tastes wonderful though. - 9/18/09

    This is an exact replica of the Kraft Smarter Futticine Alfredo. Their recipe states that it is 300 calories per serving and it serves 4 as well. You've added chicken AND tomatoes, so I doubt yours is 175 calories a serving.
    Great recipe. Bad calculations on sparks part.

    Very Good
    My husband loves alfredo and he said this is a keeper!! This is a nice, healthy option. Don't like nutmeg , I omitted. The tomatoes added a freshness to the dish. Also added steamed broccoli to the pasta for a more, complete meal. - 2/18/08
