Ingredients

    BSc Protein Powder
    Wholemeal Rolled Oats
    Cinamon
    Salt
    Honey
    Almonds
    Unsweetend Almond Milk
    Eggs
    Sultanas
    Vanilla Extract
    Sunflower Seeds

Directions

Combine
 all 
DRY
 ingredients
 in 
a
 large
 bowl.
 In
 a 
smaller 
bowl 
combine
 all 
wet
 ingredients.

2) Pour
 wet
 ingredients 
in to 
dry,
 and
 mix
 well.


3) Spread
 mixture
 into
 8x13” 
baking
 dish 
greased 
with
coconut
 oil 
or 
cooking 
spray.
 Press
 until 
flat.

4) Place
 dish 
in 
oven 
at 
350°C 
for 
10
minutes.
 Remove
from 
oven, 
cool, 
carefully 
cut 
into 
12 
or 
24 
bars.


Carefully 
remove
 and 
place 
on 
a 
parchment
 lined 
cookie
 tray. 

Bake
 again 
for 
another 
10
minutes

wrap.

6) Store

fridge

bars
