Introduction

    1 Cup nonfat greek yogurt
    1 cup of fresh spinach, broken into small pieces
    1 small banana
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 T. agave nectar
    ice cubes as desired

Tips

You can also add 2 T. Peanut butter instead of agave nectar or in addition to sweetener.
