Ingredients

    1 c Oats
    1/2 c Peanut Butter
    1/2 c Ground Flax seed
    1/3 c Honey
    1 Tbs Chai seeds
    1/4 c Sunflower Seeds
    1/4 c Pumpkin Seeds
    1/4 c Almond Slivers
    4 scoops Visalus Protein powder
    1 Tsp Vanilla
    1/2 c Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Tips

Try using almond butter or other nut butters, Carobs instead of chocolate chips.


Directions

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper. Chill in refrigerator.

Once chilled, store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated. Also, you can freeze them to have later.
