Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 2c. uncooked, or about 6 cup cooked
    Ground Turkey, 1.5 unit, yield from 1 lb raw
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino, 24 tsp
    *NuNatural NuStevia White Stevia Powder, 0.25 tsp
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Coconut oil, 1 Tbsp (other light tasting oil)


Directions

Cook rice as directed on stove or in rice cooker. Meanwhile,in a saute pan,melt coconut oil and saute onions and carrots until tender. Add in ground turkey and peas and cook until done. In a small measuring cup, mix liquid aminos (or soy sauce or tamari) with stevia and set aside. When rice is done cooking, mix w/ turkey mixture. Pour sauce mixture over all and stir to coat evenly.

Serving Size: makes about 10, 3/4c servings
