    8 oz of Ahi Tuna *RAW
    2 Tbl Soy Sauce or Tamari
    1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
    1 TSP White Pepper (less or more depending on taste)
    1 Tsp Brown Sugar (dark is better)
    1 Medium Avocado


I have made this several ways and though this is my favorite I have also made it with other marinades and all of them have turned out fabulous!


Place Tuna in a plastic bag, 2 TBL of Soy Sauce or Tamari, 1 TSP (each) white pepper and brown sugar, and 1/2 TSP of Garlic Powder. Make sure marinade is well mixed and put in fridge for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn over and continue to marinate for another 30 minutes.
Slice or chop Avocado. Slice or chop Tuna into small pieces and place on Avocado. Discard marinade and enjoy!
