Ingredients

Yellow Corn Tortillas
Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
Lime Juice
Salt
Cumin
Black beans
Pinto beans
Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella
Shredded Mild Cheddar
Pico de Galo
Avocado
Garlic Powder

Tips
Be sure to use oven mitts!
Directions
Slice corn tortillas with pizza cutter into chip sized slices.
Spray pan with cooking spray and add cut tortillas.
Add lime juice and salt to chips and spray with cooking spray.
Bake in toaster oven or oven on 375 for 10 minutes.
Flip tortilla pieces over and broil in toaster oven for 5 minutes.
While tortillas are cooking, prepare guacamole:
Use 1/2 of an avocado and mash it up with a tablespoon of pico de gallo, a tablespoon of lime juice, a dash of salt and a dash of garlic powder. Mash together until proper consistency.
Take tortilla chips out of toaster oven and add a tablespoon of black beans and pinto beans on top of chips.
Add 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Put back into toaster oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes at 375.
While nachos are cooking in toaster oven, make sour cream using 2 tablespoons of nonfat, plain greek yogurt, a dash of cumin and a dash of salt.
Take nachos out of toaster oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Add guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo to taste and enjoy!
