    2 CUPS COOKED, DICED BONELESS CHICKEN MEAT (9 OZ.)
    1/2 CUP Greek CUCUMBER DILL DIP
    1 CUP DICED CELERY
    1 CUP QUARTERED CHERRY TOMATOES
    1/2 CUP CHOPPED SCALLION
    4 LARGE BUTTER LETTUCE LEAVES

Directions

1. IN A BOWL, GENTLY TOSS DICED CHICKEN WITH CUCUMBER DILL DIP UNTIL COATED WELL. STIR IN CELERY, TOMATOES AND SCALLION. COVER AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
2. TO SERVE, DIVIDE SALAD AMONG 4 LARGE LETTUCE LEAVES, APPROXIMATELY 1 CUP PER SERVING.
