    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth, 5 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, 24 oz
    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
    **McCormick ground cumin, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 4 tbsp
    Spinach, fresh, 2.5 cup

Tips

You can add brown rice if you want a more balanced meal, we eat low carb for dinners, so this works for us but it is very easy to tweak.


Directions

Throw everything in the crock pot on low for 5-6 hours and you are good to go :-)
