Ingredients

    Chicken Drumsticks 5
    Nonfat Yogurt 1/2 cup
    Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
    Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 Tsp
    Red Chili Powder/ Cayenne Pepper 1 Tsp
    Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
    Salt 1 Tsp or to taste
    Garam Masala or Tandoori Chicken Masala Powder 1 Tbsp
    Oil 1/4 Cup

Tips

Serve as a side dish or as main course. You can serve it with Naan, Rice or with warm pita bread & hummus. You can also use the same marinade for Chicken Breast or Fish.


Directions

Mix all the ingredients in yogurt and add chicken. Marinade for an hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. Place the Chicken in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 mins. on center rack. Set the oven to broil on low heat and bring the pan to the top rack and broil for 15 mins. or until golden brown tossing in between using a tong.
