Ingredients

    4 oz. Cream Cheese (Full Fat)
    2 Tbls. =6 tsp.) Splenda
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon (Scant)
    2 large Eggs
    1/4 cup Almond Flour

    oil for coating skillet or griddle

Directions

Blend Cream Cheese, Splenda, vanilla, & cinnamon well. Add eggs to almond flour, Mix well an add too Cheese mixture, Blend together.
on medium heat, coat skillet or griddle with oil, drop 2 tbls. of mix an cook for 2 minutes on each side.
serve with butter an sugar free syrup
