Introduction

Cookies are heavy but are just sweet enough to satisfy my out of control sweet tooth for my "30 days clean eating, no cheating" challenge. Cookies are heavy but are just sweet enough to satisfy my out of control sweet tooth for my "30 days clean eating, no cheating" challenge.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats (dry)
    1 Whole Banana
    1 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
    20 Almonds
    1 Square 100% cacao (Ghirardelli baking bar)
    1/4 Cup Organic (or regular) Honey (4tbsps)

Tips

If you want them more banana flavored, adding another banana will do the trick.


Directions

Mash banana in a bowel. Crush almonds and cacao in separate baggies and then add to banana. Add all other ingredients. Stir until combined. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F. Place cookies on greased cookie sheet and cook for 10 mins or until cookies start to brown slightly.
