Ingredients

1 can sliced Peaches in pear juice, drained
1/2 TB cinnamon
1-1/2 c Whole Grain Oatmeal
1/3 c dark brown sugar
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1 egg white
1 c nonfat Milk
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
Directions
Spray 8x8 baker with non-stick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 325
Arrange peaches in bottom of baker. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches.
In medium size bowl, mix remaining ingredients together and spread over peaches.
Bake for 25-30 min.
