Ingredients

    1 table spoon coconut oil
    4 cloves garlic finely chopped
    5 slices ginger root finely chopped
    1 tsp Better than Bullion chicken
    1 cup water
    1 can Coconut Milk
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    1 tbls Red Thai curry paste
    1 cup mushrooms
    1 cup chopped cabbage
    Sriracha to taste

Tips

Add chicken to make more hearty, and higher protein


Directions

saute garlic in coconut oil a minute or two. Add ginger root and better than bullion and water.
Add Coconut milk, chilies, curry paste, mushrooms, cabbage, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, add Sriracha to taste and enjoy!
