Introduction

one of my favorite low carb/sugar free deserts/snacks. Great for when I feel like I need cake! The best part is that it's done in 1.5-2 minutes! Ingredients

    2 tsp Coconut Oil
    small pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
    1 Tbsp Da Vinci Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
    (sub w/ any flavor!)
    1 large Egg
    1/8 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Orange Extract (sub with any flavor!)
    1 tsp sugar free chocolate chips (optional)

Tips

It will grow really tall if you are watching it in the microwave, but it shrinks when you take it out :).

I put the chocolate chips in the middle so they wouldn't melt against the side of the mug :).


Directions

make sure oil is melted and combine everything in a mug, scraping the sides down.

cook for 1.5-2 minutes in the microwave and that's it!

Serving Size: makes 1 mug cup
