Ingredients

1 Onion Chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Carrots, Chopped
3 cups Cauliflower Chopped
3 cups Broccoli Chopped
1 T Olive Oil
Tomato Juice, 46 oz can
Kidney Beans, 16 oz can
Basil, 1 t
Sage, 1 t
Lemon Juice, 1 T
Noodles, 1 Cup, crushed
Tips
You can top bowl of soup with Parmesan Cheese, serve with biscuits.
You can also adjust amount of vegetables, spices, and noodles you want to your own taste.
Directions
Heat oil, add Onion, Garlic, Carrots, Cauliflower, Broccoli and Saute.
Add tomato Juice, beans, herbs, lemon juice.
Simmer Approximately 30 minutes.
Add handful of broken noodles, cook 15 minutes.
Add water if too thick.
Serving Size: 6 Nice Bowls
