Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
    1/2 cup vanilla Chobani yogurt
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

Tips

I add the flax seed meal while I'm blending so the majority of it does not end up stuck to the sides of the pitcher.


Directions

Place the first three ingredients into the pitcher of a blender (VitaMix, MagicBullet, etc.). Puree to desired consistency, adding the ground flax seeds while blending.

Serving Size: Makes 1 15-oz serving
