    Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    Red bell pepper
    Green bell pepper
    Yellow onion
    Celery
    Curry paste
    Tinned tomatoes

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a 12x9" pan. Put the pan in a 350 degree F. Oven
Fine on its own or you can have it with rice.
