Introduction

These are great to take the place of icecream on a hot summer evening. Not hard to prepare! These are great to take the place of icecream on a hot summer evening. Not hard to prepare!
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    6 ounces of 2% milk
    1 box sugar free van pudding mix
    1 8 ounce light whipped topping or cool whip
    1 cup post grape nuts
    1 box honey graham crackers broken in half or you can keep them whole but then counts as 2 servings

Tips

Have added a couple tbsp of peanut butter to the mix for a peanutty treat.


Directions

Combine milk and pudding mix in a mixing bowl, and whip together with a mixer or hand wisk for 2 minutes. Stir in the grape nuts and mix well with spoon. Then fold in the whipped topping until mixed very well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or untill grapenuts are soft.
Remove from fridge and spread about 1 tablespoon on to half the graham crackers and top each one with another half of the graham crackers to form the sandwich.
Place on a cookie sheet and put in freezer to harden the sandwiches. About 1 hour. ready to eat or:
Remove and wrap individually in plastic wrap and put two in a snack size freezer bag. Return to freezer to enjoy later for a desert.
