Introduction

I love biscuits especially with a hearty soup...I would miss them if I could not have them. I love biscuits especially with a hearty soup...I would miss them if I could not have them.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    3 cups white flour
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    .25 cup margarine
    2 egg whites
    1 cup cold water

Directions

Whisk together all dry ingredients.
ADD: margarine and mix in with hands until mealy
Set aside for a few minutes while you......
whisk egg whites till foamy and to this add the cold water.
Make a well in the center of dry mixture and pour liquid mixture in. Using spoon just mix very gently until all comes together in a soft dough. Do not over mix as they will be very tough. Less worked the better.
Dump mixture onto lightly floured counter and form into a long roll. Cut roll into 14 even pieces. place on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake 28-30 minutes. @ 350 degrees. I turn my pan after 15 minutes cause my oven seems to cook unevenly!!!

Serving Size: makes 14...(2oz-2.2oz) raw dough portions
