Ingredients

    1 cup of skim milk
    4 oz of 0 fat yougurt
    I serving of fat free chocolate puddng mix
    .25 cup of egg white
    52 gr chia seeds

Directions

Add ice and remaining ingredients. Blend, pour, enjoy! You can also substitute flavored yogurt.
