    Strawberries, fresh, 6
    1/4 c dried Old Fashioned Oats
    1/2 scoop Vega One Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 tsp Chia seeds
    1/4 Greek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat
    1 c Rice Dream Enriched Vanilla Rice Milk
    1 tsp Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals
    1 banana


Combine all ingredients in container night before. Let soak. Blend and enjoy.
