Ingredients

2 lb. extra lean ground turkey breast
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
2 large egg whites or 1/3 c. liquid egg whites
2 T tamari (fermented soy sauce)
2 cloves garlic, minced
sea salt and black pepper or other seasoning to taste. (I use Riley's All Purpose Seasoning.)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use hands to "knead" together until well mixed.
Prepare a loaf pan by spraying with non-stick spray or coating with other non-stick coating, such as olive oil.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for one hour or until meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 165 degrees F.
Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice into 8 pieces and serve.
