this is a great super low cal treat for hot summer days!

Ingredients

    about 1.5 - 2 cups watermellon chopped
    removed seeds

Tips

you can do this when just about any fruit you like

blend the water melon and add in whold blueberries or straberry slices or blend together watermelon, honeydew, and cantelop for a tast melon treat


Directions

put watermelon in a blender and puse into a nice soft mush
poor into freezer pop molds and freeze
