Introduction

A healthy post workout snack that isn't too sweet or too heavy. I used tofu for my protein instead of a powder. A healthy post workout snack that isn't too sweet or too heavy. I used tofu for my protein instead of a powder.

Ingredients

    6 oz (4 cups) power greens (I used simple truth Fred Meyers)
    2 cups cherries, pitted, frozen (I used firestone brand from Costco)
    1 ripe medium banana
    1 box Mori-Nu silken tofu
    1 cup marionberries, half thawed or fresh
    1/2 cup coconut milk original
    1/2 cup water

Tips

Make sure berries and cherries are half thawed. In this recipe all my ingredients are organic but they don't have to be. This is not a sweet recipe. A riper banana will add more sweetness.


Directions

Add power greens and water. Blend thoroughly. Add all other ingredients and blend thoroughly.

Serving Size: Makes six 3/4 cup servings with a little extra
