    Dragonfly Sweet Chili Sauce, 5 serving

Tips

To lower calories and to spice it up substitute the sweet chili sauce with a hot chili sauce. Lowers the calories about 88 calories per serving.


Directions

Cook the multi grain medley as the box states (less the oil). Cook shrimp in water. Add frozen veggies and shrimp to the rice medley and heat through. Top with chili sauce.
