Ingredients

    Ultra InflamX360 Plus - 1 Scoop
    MitoVive - 1 scoop
    1 TB each ground chia & flax seed
    1 Apple with skin
    1 Banana
    4 Strawberries
    1 stalk Celery
    1 Carrot peeled
    1 handful Kale
    Ice

Tips

I use a regular size blender


Directions

Cut carrot and celery into chunks, toss in blender and chop for a few seconds. Add Chopped Apple & Kale blend until somewhat smooth. Add remaining ingredients and a few ice cubes. Blend to drinking consistency adding ice as needed.
