    8 pork loin chops
    1 cup apricot jam or orange marmalade
    2 TB soy sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 cup brown rice (cook according to package)


Start rice about 15 minutes prior to starting pork. Brown pork chops in a little oil. Transfer to 13x9 pan. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over pork. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes..
