Ingredients

1/2 lb 90% lean ground beef
1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 - 16oz bag of frozen mixed veggies (thawed and drained)
3/4 c French-fried onions
1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of mushroom soup (fat free)
1 can cream of chicken soup (fat free)
1/2 c skim milk
4 c frozen tater tots thawed
Directions
Cook beef and turkey. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray, then layer meat, veggies and onions.
In small bowl combine soups and milk. Spread over onions. Top with tater tots. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 min.
